Our Top Soil is a 30% screened organic soil and 70% fine washed river sand mixture, this will allow the mixture to penetrate the layer of turf and settle beneath it. This product is great for existing lawns that have dips, or holes as it sinks into the problem areas and evens out lumpy yards. Depending on your lawn however, we will blend to any formula you wish.
